The company cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings during the course of normal processing.
The company cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.
Any misplacement/short delivery/exchange should be reported to BISWAMAN TECHNOLOGIES LLP (WASHMYCLOTH) helpdesk within 24 hours of laundry delivery.
BISWAMAN TECHNOLOGIES LLP (WASHMYCLOTH) billing will be direct and does not presume any credit facilities
Bill for Dry cleaning services will not be adjusted against any membership/prepaid plans, unless specified by the management.
Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
Every effort’s are made to deliver clothes in time, but due to some uncontrollable circumstances, if the delivery becomes late, the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the charges.
Company shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewellery fittings on the garment.
Ten times of the washing rate / service availed by customer will be given for articles lost/damaged if claimed within 7 days except small piece like hankerchief, scarf, undergarments etc. Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer.
Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated against in respect of delays.
Government Taxes shall be extra, if applicable.
The Service Tariff is subject to change without notice.
BISWAMAN TECHNOLOGIES LLP ( WASHMYCLOTH.COM ) reserves the right of approval of items that can be laundered.
In case of designer wear the charges applicable will be at the sole discretion of BISWAMAN TECHNOLOGIES LLP (WASHMYCLOTH.COM).
Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case to case basis depending on the complexity of garment, the same shall be communicated to customer after it is examined by the expert at the processing center.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the articles arising due to fire, burglary etc. beyond conduct or any other similar unforseen causes.
It is assumed that member agrees to receive transaction and promotion SMS/WhatsApp from washmycloth.com on their registered mobile number. if customer wants to stop it then Customer has to register a request through email at [email protected]
• Company does not provide printed bills, and invoices will be sent by e-mail only on registered email id.
• Customer will be charged twice the amount of regular order for any express delivery.
• Customer has to pay the entire amount by cash or through Paytm. after successful delivery of order.
